Every Occasion
The Ballroom
Capacity: Up to 200 seated / 300 standing
Size: ~3,300 sq. ft.
Weekdays (Monday–Thursday & Sunday)
- Full Day: 7 hours (includes setup & breakdown) – $1,960
- Half Day: 4 hours (includes setup & breakdown) – $1,120
- Additional Time: +$100 per extra hour
- Additional Time: +$100 per extra hour
- Exterior (On the River) – $500 with Ballroom use only (tent setup additional based on size – up to 8 tables) Full Day or Half Day pricing above applies with no Ballroom use – Optional
Weekends (Friday–Saturday)
- Full Day: 8 hours (includes setup & breakdown) – $2,800
- Half Day: 5 hours (includes setup & breakdown) – $1,750
- Additional Time: +$100 per extra hour
- Exterior (On the River) – $500 with Ballroom use only (tent setup additional based on size – up to 8 tables) Full Day or Half Day pricing above applies with no Ballroom use – Optional
Other Events (Under 3 hours)
- Weekdays (Sun–Thurs)
- Ballroom – Available after 6 pm – $250 per hour
- Dance Room – Available after 6 pm – $100 per hour
- Weekends (Fri–Sat)
- Ballroom – By the hour before 2 pm – $250 per hour
- Dance Room – By the hour – $100 per hour
