The Ballroom

Capacity: Up to 200 seated / 300 standing
Size: ~3,300 sq. ft.

Weekdays (Monday–Thursday & Sunday)
  • Full Day: 7 hours (includes setup & breakdown) – $1,960
  • Half Day: 4 hours (includes setup & breakdown) – $1,120
    • Additional Time: +$100 per extra hour
  • Exterior (On the River) – $500 with Ballroom use only (tent setup additional based on size – up to 8 tables) Full Day or Half Day pricing above applies with no Ballroom use – Optional
  • Full Day: 8 hours (includes setup & breakdown) – $2,800
  • Half Day: 5 hours (includes setup & breakdown) – $1,750
    • Additional Time: +$100 per extra hour
